  • Medical school and residency programs they attended

  • Specialty and whether or not a physician is Board Certified

  • Whether any complaints have been reported to regulatory authorities in the past five years

  • Whether your insurance plan is accepted

  • Whether they are accepting any new patients

  • Other pertinent information relating to your specific criteria
