Dew-Anne Langcaon, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer – Dew-Anne Langcaon has over 20 years of healthcare leadership experience with over a decade in finance, operations and strategic business development in the healthcare industry, most recently as Executive Vice President and Chief Strategic Officer for Hawaii Pacific Health where she was responsible for strategy, business development, mergers and acquisitions, research, risk management, patient safety and quality management. Dew-Anne was also a Certified Public Accountant with the international accounting firm Deloitte and Touche in the Honolulu Office until 1993. She is a Fellow in the Healthcare Financial Management Association and a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Dew-Anne was born and raised in Hawaii, graduated from St. Andrew’s Priory School and obtained her Bachelors in Business Administration and Masters in Accounting from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Dew-Anne maintains a strong commitment to the community and volunteers her time and leadership skills to many Boards in the community including: the Hawaii Science and Technology Council as its Chair; the American Red Cross, Hawaii Chapter as its Vice Chair; Aloha United Way as its Secretary; St. Andrew’s Priory School on its Board; Enterprise Honolulu on its Board.
Bonnie Castonguay, Co-Founder, President and Chief Operating Officer – Bonnie is a Registered Nurse in the State of Hawaii with over 30 years experience in healthcare. She is also a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality by the National Association for Healthcare Quality. Bonnie was born and raised in Hawaii, graduated from St. Andrew’s Priory School and obtained her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. Bonnie started her career in Nursing in 1974 as a staff nurse at St. Francis Hospital in Honolulu in ICU and home care. She became a leader in the healthcare quality field in 1989 as the Director of Quality Management at Kapi’olani Medial Center at Pali Momi and progressively rose to Vice President of Quality at Kapi’olani’s parent company, Hawaii Pacific Health, in 2004. Bonnie is widely respected in the healthcare community as a knowledgeable expert in patient safety, hospital quality and case management, and quality performance improvement. Bonnie is passionate about improving the state of quality patient care for the people of Hawaii by helping and teaching individuals how to advocate for themselves.
